Over eight years, he built and led a 150+ person team, supporting hundreds of advertisers, from Fortune 100 leaders to emerging disruptors, while fostering partnerships like Walmart, Target, Criteo, and The Trade Desk across retail media.

A hands-on leader, he has mentored cross-functional teams and trained hundreds of practitioners in commerce media strategy.
